Megan Grantham joined the firm as an associate in 2020. She specializes in estate planning, preparation of wills and trusts, and successions. Megan also has significant experience working with businesses of all sizes on general corporate and transactional matters.
Megan received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a minor in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 2012. She received her JD from Loyola University College of Law in 2017. During her time at Loyola, Megan was a member of the Maritime Law Journal and a contributor to the Current online blog. She was also a student practitioner in the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic & Center for Social Justice, Family law clinic, and was a summer law clerk with the Gillis Long Law and Poverty Center. Megan’s other legal experience consists of judicial clerkships in various courts within the state including the 24th Judicial District Court, State of Louisiana Court of Appeal for the 4th Circuit, and United States District Court for the Eastern District.
Drew Morock is an Associate in the firm practicing out of our New Orleans office. He has represented clients in diverse areas, such as commercial litigation, property disputes, civil rights actions, and FINRA arbitrations.
Drew received his bachelor’s degree from the University of the South and his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2015. While in law school, he served as a member of the Loyola Law Review, a class representative on the Student Bar Association, and a teaching and research assistant to multiple professors – helping to write an obligations textbook, multiple law review articles, and an amicus brief to the Supreme Court of the United States. He received both the Jim and Sonia Miller Scholarship and the Law School Scholarship. Following law school, Drew worked with a nationwide law firm handling all phases of complex commercial litigation cases, FINRA mediations and arbitrations, property disputes, and investment fraud cases.
Drew brings 15 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and campaign consulting to his practice. He was #2 company-wide in commercial brokerage at NAI/Latter & Blum Commercial while in law school.
He is a 2007 Fellow of the Loyola University of New Orleans Institute of Politics and a current member of the Loyola University College of Law Young Alumni Board. In his spare time, he volunteers with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation to benefit pediatric cancer research.
Mark is the founder of the firm. Mark has experience representing public and private companies in merger and acquisition transactions, equity and debt securities offerings, venture capital transactions, and corporate governance matters. Mark is also an experienced litigator and has represented individuals in personal injury actions (including workers’ compensation), consumer protection claims and large businesses in multi-national litigation.
Mark is an active member of the Louisiana Economic Development Department’s Working Group on Capital Availability and the founder of the Louisiana Venture and Angel Capital Report, the only statistical analysis of venture and angel capital in the state of Louisiana. Mark is a mentor of the Law Without Walls (http://www.lawwithoutwalls.org/), a member of the Advisory Board of the LSBA’s Justice Entrepreneur’s Program, mentor for the Transactional Boot Camp program at Tulane Law School, and a 2014 Super Lawyer in the field of Corporate/Securities Law.
Following law school, Mark served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ivan L.R. Lemelle, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Mark has worked at one of the nation’s premier securities and corporate law firms in Silicon Valley prior to starting his own firm.
